Hips can get tightened up by sitting on your ass, working at a desk job, driving your car, watching TV and improper bio mechanics.  Fortunately we can fix them!  Let tackle this problem with 4 simple, easy to do and effective moments.  Should not take more than 5 minutes of your day, but it will pay off huge.  Hope you enjoy!  Perform 10 repetitions on each side for each movement.  Incorporate these and start feeling better!
