Backcountry Training
Backcountry training builds the specific strength and endurance you need for self-powered days in the mountains — splitboarding, ski touring, hut trips, alpine climbing, and big approach hikes. Long uphills with a pack require different conditioning than what most gyms train. We use TRX, kettlebells, mace work, and step-loaded bodyweight progressions to build the legs, lungs, and stabilizers that hold up under load and altitude. Programs are tailored to your specific goal — whether that's your first hut trip, a multi-day traverse, or being able to keep up on every powder day next season.
