TRX Mobility Drills
Mobility work is what keeps you skiing in your 60s, hiking 14ers in your 70s, and moving without restriction at any age. The TRX is one of the best mobility tools available — it gives you support and feedback that pure floor stretching can't. These drills cover the four areas most Colorado outdoor athletes need work on: thoracic spine rotation, shoulder mobility, hip openers, and ankle dorsiflexion. Use them as a 5–10 minute warm-up before training or skiing, or as a daily routine to keep small issues from becoming big ones.
