Backcountry Workout Series - Dog Squat

You dont need fancy gym equipment to get a workout in.  Just grab your dog (or fat cat, little goat, maybe a small calf?) hold them in front of your chest and squat.  Thats right, just squat.  If you dont have a dog, any object will do.  Heck, grab a rock.  No excuses - just get squating!
