Backcountry Workout Series - Rock Out 2!

Part 2 of our Backcountry Workout Series using just a rock.  This time we go with some one sided versions of our favorite motions. 

1) Overhead Press
2) Push Press
3) Offset Squat.  

No gym - no problem!  Just hike up to an area with some various rocks, pick out a few and get to work!
