We use Fun-tional Training - meaning functional training that actually lets you have more fun in life! This is the kind of training that will allow you to enjoy real world actives that you find fun - like skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking and outdoor sports. REAL, usable strength, balance, proprioception, power and endurance for real world activities. We use TRX, Kettlebells, BOSU and bodyweight to train or clients. The possibilities are endless, the workouts are fun and you can feel the results in real world activities. Plus you will burn upwards of 800 calories an hour. Don't spend all day in the gym. We believe in eating healthy and not limiting clients to a “diet”.
We teach healthy eating habits that are customized to each client’s needs and activities. There is no “one plan fits all” and it’s not as simple as “calories in – calories out”. That is old school thinking and will lead to failure and frustration. We don’t advocate low calorie diet and boring cardio – we eat real food and see real results!
