Functional training is the key ingredient in Sean's training style - the process is developing functional strength.
This is not weight room strength (although it will improve your ability to handle weight!) this is REAL, usable strength, balance, proprioception, power and endurance. We love to use TRX, BOSU, Kettelbells, Battle Ropes, Medicine Balls and SuperBands to train. The possibilities are endless, the workouts are fun and you can feel the results in real world activities. Plus you will burn upwards of 800 calories an hour!
We believe in eating healthy and not limiting clients to a “diet”.
We teach healthy eating habits that are customized to each client’s needs and activities. There is no “one plan fits all” and it’s not as simple as “calories in – calories out”. That is old school thinking and will lead to failure and frustration. We work with cutting edge doctors to create a metabolic test and can tell each client exactly how many calories they need to achieve their goals and how to safely get there.
